At the beginning of each year, the Tri-Lakes Chamber of Commerce, Economic Development Corporation and Visitor Center hosts a luncheon to review the past year and to look forward to the new year from the Northern El Paso County perspective. Speakers include County Commissioners, local Mayors, and Town Trustees, all giving their views of what is going on in their areas and their predictions for the future.

2019 - SOLD OUT
The 2019 State of the Tri-Lakes Region Luncheon was again held at the Great Wolf Lodge. Speakers were John Cressman, Mayor of Palmer Lake; Don Wilson, Mayor of Monument; Stan VanderWerf, County Commissioner, District 3; Holly Williams, County Commissioner, District 1; and Terri Hayes, President and CEO of the Tri-Lakes Chamber, EDC and Visitor Center.
In 2018, the luncheon was held at Great Wolf Lodge with speeches by Darryl Glenn, Board President and County Commissioner, District 1; Stan VanderWerf, County Commissioner, District 3; Chris Lowe, Town of Monument Town Manager; and John Cressman, Mayor of Palmer Lake. Stan VanderWerf gave a Power Point presentation and Terri Hayes, President and CEO of the Chamber, also spoke.
