Share your expertise and showcase your business by partnering with the Tri-Lakes Chamber of Commerce as a featured speaker or event host. We’re seeking dynamic hosts for our Business After Hours, Quarterly Membership Lunches, State of the Tri-Lakes Region, and Annual Awards Dinner & Fundraiser, as well as knowledgeable speakers for our Quarterly Membership Lunches, Education Series, State of the Tri-Lakes Region, and occasionally our Annual Dinner. These events bring together business leaders, community partners, and decision-makers from across the Tri-Lakes area—offering you valuable visibility, meaningful connections, and a chance to help shape the conversations that move our region forward. Speaker Proposal Form
The Tri-Lakes Chamber of Commerce regularly seeks engaging, knowledgeable speakers to support the professional growth of our business community. Chamber members and community partners who are interested in sharing their expertise at a Chamber event or program are invited to submit a Speaker Proposal Form. Speaking opportunities vary by program, time of day, and audience size, and may include Quarterly Membership Lunches, our Education Series, the State of the Tri-Lakes Region, and occasionally the Annual Awards Dinner & Fundraiser. Audiences typically include local business owners, executives, entrepreneurs, community partners, and civic leaders from across the Tri-Lakes region.
Process
The speaker RFP process helps us identify potential presenters whose expertise aligns with current business needs and event themes. Once you submit a proposal, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your information. Please note that submission of a proposal does not constitute an agreement by the Tri-Lakes Chamber of Commerce to schedule you as a speaker. Chamber staff and event planning committees will reach out to prospective speakers when appropriate opportunities become available.
Speaker responsibilities may include

- Developing a presentation that is educational, relevant, and free of heavy sales pitches
- Providing a clear session title, description, and 2–3 key takeaways for marketing purposes
- Supplying a professional bio, headshot, and any required materials or slides by the requested deadlines
- Coordinating audio-visual needs with Chamber staff in advance of the event
- Being available for Q&A and networking with attendees when appropriate

Host Proposal Form
The Tri-Lakes Chamber of Commerce regularly seeks proposals from member businesses to host a variety of Chamber events and programs. Members who are interested in showcasing their facility to the regional business community are invited to submit a Host Proposal Form. Hosting opportunities vary by event type, time of day, and attendance size, and may include Business After Hours, Quarterly Membership Lunches, the State of the Tri-Lakes Region, the Annual Awards Dinner & Fundraiser, and other special programs. Attendees typically include local business professionals, community partners, and civic leaders from across the Tri-Lakes area.

The RFP process helps us identify potential host locations for upcoming Chamber events and programs. Once you submit a proposal, you will receive an email confirming receipt. Please note that submission of a proposal does not constitute an agreement by the Tri-Lakes Chamber of Commerce to utilize your location. Chamber staff and event planning committees will contact potential hosts when appropriate opportunities become available.
Host responsibilities may include

- Providing a tasteful, professional space suitable for business and community professionals that is reasonably secluded from outside traffic and noise
- Providing food and table service, including linens and centerpieces, when applicable
- Providing a designated area where presenters are clearly visible to attendees, along with required audio-visual capabilities when applicable.
- Providing sufficient parking for event guests based on projected attendance.
Host sponsorship benefits may include
- The opportunity to showcase your facility to business and community professionals in attendance
- Verbal recognition at the event, with an opportunity for a company representative to make brief remarks
- Company name/logo recognition in event promotions and on the online event registration page
- A set number of complimentary registrations for your key staff to attend the event (to be determined in coordination with Chamber staff)
