As a service to our members and the community, we have facilities available for use. Fee information below. Allowed uses are meetings, classes, seminars, and education opportunities. We do not allow parties of any kind. Craft-oriented classes will need to be discussed with staff ahead of time. We have the Tri-Lakes Chamber Community Meeting House at 300 Highway 105, and we have two rooms available at the Chamber, 166 Second Street.
At the Chamber office, the Community Room will hold up to 60, and the Conference Room holds 8. The Meeting House holds 50 people.
Facility Fee schedule:
The fee is the same for each facility. An invoice will be sent once date availability is confirmed and the completed form is received. Payment is required prior to facility use. Mainstreet level TLCC members and above are allowed 12 FREE facility rentals per 12 months.

- Facilities may be reserved for up to 5 hours. Additional time will require additional fee.
- Allowed uses are meetings, classes, seminars, and education opportunities. Craft classes must be discussed with a TLCC staff member in advance—no glitter, paint, or candles are allowed.
- We do not allow parties of any kind.
- Serving alcohol is fine. Selling alcohol is strictly prohibited by law.
- Nothing may be hung on walls except with Command Strips.
- You are responsible for the cost of repairing any damage.
- Extension cords, miscellaneous office items, copying or other needs are not available.
- Audio-visual assistance is not provided; however, a 70" television monitor is available in the Chamber Community Room and a 55" TV at the Meeting House.
- Any dishes, etc in our cabinets are not for public use.
- You must clean up after yourself.
- We do not provide snow removal at either facility. There are snow shovels at each building. The parking lots and sidewalks are usually cleared at the Chamber's Second Street offices on weekdays by the Town of Monument.

Banner Frame
We also have a banner frame at our Meeting House on 105 available to reserve for banners. Organizations (members or non-members) may reserve the banner holder for up to 10 days at no charge.
Facility/Banner Reservations
To make a reservation, review the Facility Reservation Request Form or Banner Request Form by clicking on the appropriate button below. Call the Chamber office at (719) 481-3282 to check availability. Complete and submit the Request Form. All reservations are subject to review. When approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
If your reservation at the Chamber office is before or after our office hours (9:00 AM-5:00 PM, Monday-Friday) or for the Meeting House, you must pick up a key prior to the event.
